Refund & Return Policy – Ksmart

Customers may request eligible returns within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable Saudi law and statutory exceptions.

Products should generally be unused and in their original condition for change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practicable.
